Some one is in there checking things out. Hope they have deep pockets to meet the expected bottom line of the Landlords.
I would hate to see someone like FCUK opening up, but it is going to be some Store Group, as they are the only people who have the bank roll.
So continues the slow demise of the Independent. Slowly & Sadly every street will look the same with all the same stores.
Sad isn't it.
